Rich has been delivering early intervention services since early 2009.  He spent two years at a leading Perth intervention centre, before moving into private practice offering both diagnosis and early intervention.

Rich has delivered early intervention therapy to children aged from 18 months to 6 years, providing a range of interventions in the home and school for children of school age. He works closely with other allied health professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other psychologists; and other professionals including paediatricians, GP’s, and teachers.  He regularly develops, executes, monitors, and revises individualised learning plans.

Brooke Chiera, Senior Speech Pathologist

Brooke completed her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology at Curtin University in 2015. She has been part of our team since 2016. 

Throughout her clinical placements whilst studying and her years of working with Rockingham Autism Services, Brooke has acquired vast experience and knowledge in working with children with a range of disabilities. Brooke's role involves being part of the diagnostic team, case managing, and providing high quality intervention. She is passionate about continuing to further her knowledge in the field of communication in disability, with plans to expand skills in alternative and augmentative (AAC) communication.

Danielle Sims, Senior Speech Pathologist

B.Sci (Speech Pathology)

Danielle graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology in 2017. Danielle has passionately supported children and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder for 5 years. Prior to joining us, Danielle worked as a therapy assistant at one of Perth’s leading intervention providers, specialising in the treatment of individuals with a range of disabilities including autism.


Danielle is proficient at providing individualised, family centred care within home, clinic and school settings. She dedicates herself to providing families with the highest quality of care. She is excited to contribute her prior knowledge and skills to our team.

Madeleine Turnbull, Occupational Therapist

B.Sci (Occupational Therapy) (Hons)

Madeleine completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Occupational Therapy at Curtin University, in 2019. 


Before joining our team, Madeleine had 5 years experience working with children with autism in a support worker role. She also had 2 years experience working as therapy assistant at one of Perth’s leading intervention providers. 


Madeleine is passionate about supporting children and their families by providing evidence-based and family-centred intervention. Madeleine has a particular interest in the areas of motor development, daily living skills and emotional regulation.

Casey Evans, Occupational Therapist

Casey is an energetic and passionate Occupational Therapist  who loves working with children, teenagers and their families. As an Occupational Therapist, Casey focuses on identifying meaningful activities that occupy her clients time and supports clients to engage in what they need to do, want to do and are expected to do across school, home and community settings. Casey brings creative ideas to therapy sessions , loves to learn, reflect and grow her knowledge everyday. Casey has an interest in sensory and emotional regulation and social skills.
